Central Bucks gymnast Eliot Buteux’s beam score of 9.525 at the Hill’s Maryland Classic on Friday, January 13th was the fifteen highest score in the country among Level 9 gymnasts so far this season, according to the gymnastics scoring site MyMeetScores.com. She placed first on beam and floor (9.400), and second all-around (36.200) at the meet. Buteux and her Level 9 teammates placed third as a team with a score of 102.275.
This is the fourth season in a row that Buteux has posted a beam score that qualified for the MyMeetScore.com America’s Top 100. She trains at Central Bucks Gymnastics and Dance in Doylestown, PA. Buteux is an eighth grader and a resident of New Hope, Pennsylvania.
