If you test positive for COVID or have close contact with someone who tests positive, regardless of vaccination status you must stay home for 5 days. If you are fever-free, have no symptoms, and you test negative after 5 days, which means the 6th day after your positive test or later, you can return to practice or classes. You will be required to wear a well-fitted mask at all times while you are in the facility for the balance of time until 10 days have passed since the positive test or contact with someone who tests positive. You will be held out of any activity that is deemed too strenuous or dangerous to perform as determined by the athlete or coach.
Additional information about quarantining and isolating is available on the CDC website.
