The Legacy Invitational, established in 2022, is a gymnastics meet honoring Tom Ford and Bob Schultz, two pivotal figures in Central Bucks Gymnastics. Tom, who co-founded the gym in 1973 and coached until his passing in 2016, had a profound impact on gymnastics beyond Central Bucks. Bob, a coach from 1976 until his death in 2015, was instrumental in shaping the competitive program. Both were dedicated to helping gymnasts reach their full potential and shared a close friendship. The event supports the Bob Schultz Memorial College Scholarship, aiding a Level 9 or 10 gymnast in Pennsylvania.. The meet attracts hundreds of gymnasts, including top Region 7 competitors, from multiple states.
