DESCRIPTION:The Mini Meet provides gymnasts enrolled in GymStars Level I\, II and III classes\, as well as the Pre-Team Program\, with an opportunity to experience what it is like to participate in a meet complete with spectators\, judges\, and scores. Gymnasts perform routines on floor\, balance beam\, vault\, and bars that they learn and practice in class. Routines are based on USA Gymnastics progressions and standards. Gymnasts are observed and scored by experienced Central Bucks coaches. A recognition ceremony will be held at the conclusion of the Mini Meet. \nSpectators are invited to watch free of charge. Carpooling is strongly encouraged. \nKEY DATES\nRegistration Opens – Monday\, January 27\, 2025\nRegistration Closes – Saturday\, March 8\, 2025\nMini Meet – Sunday\, March 23\, 2025 \nREGISTRATION\nThe Mini Meet registration fee is $30 per gymnast. Register via the Customer Portal. Registration opens on Monday\, January 27th. Payment is required at the time of registration and is non-refundable. \nEVENT SCHEDULE\nThe Mini Meet will begin at 1:00 PM. The number of sessions and final event schedule will be based on the number of athletes who register for the event. We will notify registrants of their start time via email shortly after the registration deadline. Last year\, there were three sessions\, and each session took about ninety minutes to complete. We will do everything we can to accommodate as many gymnasts as possible\, but participation is not guaranteed if you sign up for the waiting list after registration closes on Saturday\, March 8th.

A recognition ceremony will be held at the conclusion of the Mini Meet. \nMINI MEET SCHEDULE\nMini Meet session assignments were emailed to registrants on Sunday\, March 16th around 9:15 AM. All siblings are paired in same session. Please call 215-345-0176 or send an email to info@cbgym.com if you have questions or need additional information.  \nThere are three sessions back-to-back this year. Each session will last about ninety minutes. \n\nSession 1 – 1:00 PM – Includes Level I gymnasts\nSession 2 – 3:00 PM – Includes Level I and II gymnasts\nSession 3 – 5:00 PM – Includes Level II\, III and Pre-Team gymnasts\n\nIn order to help make sure things run smoothly and remain on schedule\, we’d appreciate your cooperation with the following: \n\nPlease do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your session begins in order to limit congestion in the parking lot and crossover traffic.\nA staff member will check each gymnast in upon arrival and provide information about the group the gymnast is in.\nThere will be colored flags set up on the floor. Gymnasts should take off their shoes\, socks\, jackets\, etc. upon entering the gym and have a seat with their group on the floor.\nGymnasts should arrive with their leotard on and their hair up out of their face (e.g. ponytail\, braid\, bun).\nSpectators are welcome\, but seating can get a little crowded depending on how many attend to watch. Some spectators may have to stand.\nPlease carpool in order to limit the number of cars in the parking lot. Parking will be available in both the lower and upper lots.
