Customer Portal Instructions
The following are instructions for activating an existing account or creating a new one in the Customer Portal.
EXISTING CUSTOMERS
If a child in your family was enrolled in a gymnastics class at anytime in the last five years, please follow these steps to activate your existing account:
- Access the Customer Portal by downloading the app for iOS or Android (recommended) or by visiting https://app.iclasspro.com/portal/cbgymnastics (use Google Chrome).
- If you are using a computer, click “Click to Begin” at the bottom of the screen to continue to the main Customer Portal Dashboard. App users can skip to the next step. Important: If prompted, enter the account name “cbgymnastics
- Click “Login”. Important: Click “Yes” if you are prompted with the questions “Are you are Current Customer?”
- Enter the email address on file in our system (this is the email you provided when you filled out the waiver) and click “Forgot Password?”
- Follow the procedure to create a password and login.
- Upon login, customers will be prompted to read/agree to updated policies. Once all required policies have been agreed to, you will be taken back to the main login page. Important: Safari users may encounter difficulty completing the waiver. Please use Google Chrome or download the app for iOS or Android.
- Login and click “Booking” to view available classes in the GymStars, GymKids and Kinderdance programs.
NEW CUSTOMERS
If you are new to Central Bucks Gymnastics please follow these steps to create an account and search for classes:
- Download the app for iOS or Android (recommended) or by visiting https://app.iclasspro.com/portal/cbgymnastics (use Google Chrome).
- Enter the account name “cbgymnastics” when prompted.
- Select “Create an Account” and follow the steps for creating a new account.
