What precautions is Central Bucks Gymnastics and Dance taking to mitigate risk?

Can I watch my gymnast/dancer in class?
In the interest of health and safety, the number of people permitted to enter the facility is limited. Customers will be greeted at the front door. Anyone entering the facility will be screened for a fever using an infrared no-touch thermometer.

Parents/guardians of gymnasts in the GymKids Program (Rollers and Flippers classes) will be permitted to enter the facility and observe class from the waiting room. The floor in the waiting room is marked to promote social distancing. Parents/guardians must wear a mask that covers the nose and mouth at all times in the facility.

Parents/guardians of gymnasts and dancers in other programs can view a secure live stream of class through the Customer Portal using the app (recommended) for iOS or Android or by visiting https://app.iclasspro.com/portal/cbgymnastics (use Google Chrome).

In the event of an injury or incident, we will call you immediately using the primary contact phone number associated with your account in our system.

Gymnasts and dancers will be accompanied to the front door and dismissed promptly at the end of class.

What is the arrival and dismissal procedure?
Gymnasts and dancers should arrive and leave promptly. Dancers and gymnasts should line up outside a few minutes before their scheduled start time. Each individual will be screened prior to entering the facility and admitted one-at-a-time.

Wire shelves are located in the waiting room and inside the door of the gymnasium. Gymnasts and dancers will place their belongings (shoes, jacket, etc.) on their assigned wire shelf and proceed to the appropriate place inside the facility.

Please send a resealable water bottle to class with your gymnast or dancer. Gymnasts and dancers will keep their water bottle with them throughout the class.

Gymnasts and dancers will be accompanied to the front door and dismissed promptly at the end of class. Parents should exit their vehicles and line up outside on the sidewalk for pickup.
